1. Acceptance
By installing or using BoddyFit, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
Bodkin Interactive grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BoddyFit on devices you own or control for your own fitness planning. © 2026 Bodkin Interactive. All rights reserved. See also Copyright & legal.
3. Not medical advice
BoddyFit provides general fitness coaching, training plans, and activity summaries for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified health professional before starting or changing any exercise program. Stop exercising and seek care if you feel pain, dizziness, or other warning signs.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you train, for verifying imported activity data, and for decisions you make based on plans or metrics shown in the app. Training plans are generated from information you provide and may not suit every person or situation.
5. Device and third-party data
Optional imports use Android Health Connect. BoddyFit does not connect directly to Garmin Connect and does not guarantee that any particular metric (including maps or GPS routes) will be available. Optional FIT exports are for your own watch workflow. See the Privacy policy and Garmin disclaimer.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law, or use BoddyFit in any way that violates applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
BoddyFit software, design, coaching content, and branding are owned by Bodkin Interactive or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
BoddyFit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bodkin Interactive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BoddyFit, including injuries from exercise or reliance on training plans or imported metrics.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date is updated constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
