1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using BIMS at bims.bodkininteractive.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
BIMS is a collaborative mind-mapping product from Bodkin Interactive. Features may change as we improve the product. Hosted availability is provided on a best-effort basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or outages.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region (and at least 13, or the higher age required locally).
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create in maps and comments. You grant Bodkin Interactive a limited license to host, store, transmit, and display that content solely to operate BIMS (including sharing with people you invite or via share links you create).
You are responsible for content you post and for who you share it with. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
5. Share links & collaboration
View links may allow others to open a map without an account. Edit links and team invites can allow others to change maps. You are responsible for managing and revoking access you grant.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse BIMS: no unauthorized access, no disruption of the service, no abuse of other users, and no use that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
BIMS software, branding, and design are owned by Bodkin Interactive or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. © 2026 Bodkin Interactive. All rights reserved.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
BIMS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bodkin Interactive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BIMS, including loss of data or reliance on map content.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date is updated constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
